Fees

Counseling sessions are provided on an individual basis and are 50 minutes in duration. Areas of need may include developing coping skills, executive functioning coaching, and improving emotional regulation. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Consultation sessions are provided to families and individuals to better understand their needs, options in obtaining educational or vocational support, and provide guidance. There is a one hour minimum and after the first hour, sessions are billed in 20 minute increments.

Gifted assessments include either a cognitive abilities test (ie, IQ test) or an assessment of academic achievement. Gifted assessments are often used for entrance into gifted or private schools. ​

An ADHD and executive functioning evaluation includes a review of existing records, health and developmental information, interviews, assessment observation, and standardized behavior rating scales assessing inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and EF skills such as planning and organization.

A psychoeducational evaluation assessing for learning disorders includes assessment targeting dyslexia, dysgraphia, and/or dyscalculia. Evaluations includes a review of existing records, health and developmental information, interviews, assessment observation as well as assessment in cognitive abilities (ie, IQ test), psychological processing skills, and academic achievement across reading, writing, and math.

A psychoeducational evaluation assessing for learning disorders (ie, dyslexia, dysgraphia, & dyscalculia) and ADHD includes a review of existing records, health and developmental information, interviews, assessment observation as well as assessment in cognitive abilities (ie, IQ test), psychological processing skills, and academic achievement across reading, writing, and math. Additionally, standardized behavior rating scales are administered assessing inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and EF skills such as planning and organization.

Additionally, standardized behavior rating scales are administered assessing a wide range of areas including attention, executive functioning, anxiety, depression, etc.

A psychoeducational evaluation assessing for learning disorders (ie, dyslexia, dysgraphia, & dyscalculia), social/emotional functioning, and adaptive behavior includes a review of existing records, health and developmental information, interviews, assessment observation as well as assessment in cognitive abilities (ie, IQ test), psychological processing skills, and academic achievement across reading, writing, and math. Additionally, standardized behavior rating scales are administered assessing a wide range of areas including attention, executive functioning, anxiety, depression, etc. Assessment in adaptive behavior includes assessing a student's practical, conceptual, and social skills necessary for independent functioning in everyday life.

Psychoeducational evaluations not described above are conducted based on needs determined through consultation, at which time a flat fee estimate will be provided.
