
Fees
As a private pay only practice, we believe in transparency with fees. Psychoeducational evaluations are designated with flat fees. These fees include all consultation, review of existing records, interviews, testing sessions, report writing, and the final assessment review session where the client is provided with a digital and hard copy of the report, findings, and recommendations.
Counseling

Counseling sessions are provided on an individual basis and are 50 minutes in duration. Areas of need may include developing coping skills, executive functioning coaching, and improving emotional regulation. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Consultation

Consultation sessions are provided to families and individuals to better understand their needs, options in obtaining educational or vocational support, and provide guidance. There is a one hour minimum and after the first hour, sessions are billed in 20 minute increments.

Gifted Assessment

Gifted assessments include either a cognitive abilities test (ie, IQ test) or an assessment of academic achievement. Gifted assessments are often used for entrance into gifted or private schools.

An ADHD and executive functioning evaluation includes a review of existing records, health and developmental information, interviews, assessment observation, and standardized behavior rating scales assessing inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and EF skills such as planning and organization.
